Entropion Op +2 days

All fine. Leo back to 3 meals a day. Yesterday we gave him 4 smaller meals. A small amount of opaque mucus is still present in the eyes. I clean this out 4 times a day with a cleaning solution and apply the Fradexam ointment to the inside of the eye and a little to the stitches too. Here are what the eyes look like today:

These two photos were taken yesterday afternoon whilst the dog was asleep to show what the eyes look like closed. The white stuff on his hairs around the eyes is this Fradexam ointment we are applying. It tends to get everywhere after a few hours:
